You will have access to all your personal data so you can add, modify or delete information. In order to access your reservations information, click on the “My Trips” icon and if it is required, provide your email and password to enter the system. How do I confirm my purchase?After you complete your reservation you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive this confirmation email, click on the “My Trips” icon in the upper section of UniVisitHotels.com page. This section shows you all the information from all the trips that you have planned and also their current status. How do I cancel or change my reservation?In case you need to cancel your reservation, click on the “My Trips” icon in the upper section of the UniVisitHotels.com page. Choose the reservation you need to cancel. All changes and cancellations will be in accordance with the policies of the service provider. For instance, a Hotel may have a one night of stay penalty in case booking is not cancelled within certain timing. Make sure you read the cancellation policies of the service provider before completing your reservation cancellation.
