Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy A deposit is required of one night stay in order to guarantee reservation by credit card or bank deposit. Check In and Check Out Rooms will be available to the guest starting at 15:00 hrs. Rooms will not be delivered before this time, unless the assigned room is available. Rooms must be vacated at 13:00 hrs. If the client requires additional time for the departure, you must ask at the reception, and awarded a maximum of one hour without charge and subject to availability. It is worth mentioning that if the client extends its check out will be charged directly from 50% to 100% on our rack rate, depending on the extra time taken. Cancellation Policy Reservations canceled within 2 to 0 days before date of arrival, or in case of No Shows, will not be refunded. Refunds do not apply for early departures. No Show Policy If No Show occurs, a 30% of the total stay will be charged. Extra Person Policy Extra person charge is for $100.00 pesos per extra person in room. Minors Policy Up to 11 years old children will be considered as minors. 12 years old and older children will be charged as adults. 2 less than 12 years old children can share room with 2 adults. Pets Policy No pets are allowed, sorry. Overbooking Policy In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
