Plus, every Sunday there is a buffet where regional festivals of Mexican gastronomy are featured.

Cielo y Tierro Restaurant

You will find new and healthy dishes with a Mexican touch in a casual and modern environment. Enjoy from the dishes that Chef Marta Zepeda has created, such as the salad with spinaches with bacon and caramelized nut in vinaigrette of tamarind, or the steak with parmesan crust in a sauce of two tomatoes.

We invite you every Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays the buffet of breakfasts; also every Sunday, from 14:00, we invite our festivals of Mexican gastronomy.

Thinking of those who need a special diet, the hotel is available to serve food that they don’t find in their menu; in addition, a kid’s menu has been designed in order that nobody stays without a well-deserved attention.

The restaurant opens every day from 7 in the morning to 11:00 p.m.

In the coffee shop you will be able to enjoy from the Capuchins' variety, teas, infusions, smoothies and frappés, along with a delicious dessert, as Yoghurt's Sherbet served on dice of caramelized pine cone and caulis of cranberries.

In the other hand, the bar offers drinks and snacks for those who want to spend a good moment or to enjoy from a sports event.

Also we rely on a private lounge with a capacity for 20 people, where you will be able to enjoy a menu specially designed for your event, as bars of snacks and desserts.

San Cristóbal de Las Casas

Is one of the most amazing and beautiful colonial cities in Mexico, many visitors have considered it one of the most romantic cities in the world and the Federal Government as well recognized it as a famous Magical Village. Funded in 1528 by Diego de Mazariegos, was the city with major importance in the region on the colonial times. San Cristóbal de las Casas

Its name does honor to the bishop Fray Bartolome de las casas, a defender of the local aborigines during the 16th century and an inspirer of the new doctrine among the so called New World.
