Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy: Either a bank or a credit card deposit is required, to guarantee reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date.

In case the hotel can not offer lodging service requested by the guest with a reservation issued by UNIVISIT, the hotel itself will find proper alternatives to supply the service requested, that can be at least the same or better than the benefits originally requested.
The Hotel will cover one night plus taxes at a similar hotel.

There is a natural lagoon nearby where you can practice aqua sports.
10 minutes away from the city Casa Grandes is located, place where the archaeological zone of Paquime which was decreed as Cultural Heritage of the Humanity by the UNESCO.
Also at Casas Grandes Culturas del Norte Museum is found one of the main museums of the Mexico’s northern.
Towards the north the Mennonites zones are found place where famous cheese production is made in our great state of Chihuahua.
28 kms away there is Juarez area, which lodges architecture master pieces on an American seal , among many tree yards there is the Juarez academy which was built in the year of 1904. And its monumental temple on white marble. 15 km away from Juarez Area there is the San Diego hacienda, of Don Luis Terrazas who bought it in 1874.
36 km away there is Juan Mata Ortiz, a typical village of handcrafters, there is where Mr. Juan Quezada lives, a famous handcrafter by the pieces made of ceramic inspired on Paquime, who won the National Arts award in 1999.
Towards the northern part of the state are located the Menonite’s areas where the famous cheese of our state of Chihuahua are elaborated.
