Preciado Soltero.The hotel’s construction started in 1997 and by the 2001 year some of the facilities started to be used and by the end of that year the total number of rooms were functioning.The reason why its construction took four years was because of lack of economic resources but thanks to the selling of various family properties the project continued and was finally concluded thanks to a loan by the government.
