The hotel is located 600 meters away from the Plaza Ameritas and the World Trade Center (convention center) and its located in front of the “Tumbao Beach”.
The port of Veracruz has an international Airport (Heriberto Jara) and is located approximately 15 minutes away from the hotel also the bus terminal ADO is also 15 minutes away. The approximately taxi cost from the airport and ADO bus terminal is 50 pesos.

It’s located in the upper floor of the lobby, offers traditional Veracruz food, and opens from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm it offers an excellent view of the beach.
La Iguana, pool bar opens in high season from 9 am to 6 pm and in low season you can order by calling.
Room service is available from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.

The Suites Mediterraneo Hotel offers 14 double junior suites and they are distributed in the top floor, 16 junior suites king double and are distributed only in the ground floor and 52 standard rooms that are distributed in the ground floor and first floor.

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
